Ms. Inkeles is a Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law with over 25 years of courtroom experience. Rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, she has published in The Florida Bar Journal and The Family Law Commentator on topics ranging from prenuptial agreements to issues directly affecting children.
After graduating at the top of her class at St. Thomas University School of Law where she served on Law Review, Doreen discovered that her passion was helping families navigate through the legal system where the issues are particularly complex and challenging in the areas of divorce, alimony, custody, child support, and relocation.
Ms. Inkeles has successfully handled cases at the trial and appellate level throughout the State of Florida and concentrates her practice in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. She was a member of the class of the 2016 “100 Outstanding Women in Broward County” and served on the Board of Boys Town of South Florida.
Ms. Inkeles has two adult children and resides in beautiful Boynton Beach, FL.
Ms. Gross was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She graduated cum laude from Temple University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies, as well as a Minor in Psychology, in 2012.
Ms. Gross received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015. During her time at “The U,” she served as a judicial intern for two judges with the Family Division and the Unified Children’s Court Division within the 11th Judicial Circuit. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic, where she represented children who had been abandoned, abused, and/or neglected in dependency cases.
From Miami, Ms. Gross made her way up to Palm Beach County and began her career in family law working on complex, high-asset cases and preparing summaries of recent alimony case law for the AAML 2017 Marital and Family Law Review Course materials.
As a member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Gross has practiced mortgage foreclosure defense, as well as general civil litigation, across Palm Beach County, Martin County, and St. Lucie County, and has litigated over a dozen non-jury trials, as well as countless motion and evidentiary hearings.
Ms. Gross loves spending time with her family, cat (Ollie), and French Bulldog (Jolie). She loves to travel, practice yoga, and attend live concerts.
Ms. Nacarato was born and raised in Wappingers Falls, New York. In 1997 she relocated to Palm Beach County where she started her career in the financial industry, she held Series 6 Securities as well as Health, Life and Annuity licenses during her time at her family’s insurance company.
Ms. Nacarato realized insurance was not her calling and went back to school. Ms. Nacarato graduated from Indian River State College with her Associate of Science in Paralegal studies where she was on both the President’s and the Dean’s List. She continued her education by becoming an Advanced Certified Paralegal with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 2011. In 2014, Ms. Nacarato furthered her studies to become an Advanced Certified Paralegal in Family Law, Custody & Child Support with NALA.
Ms. Nacarato joined the Law Firm of Charles Jamieson, P.A. in 2018 with over 8 years of experience in the legal field, 7 years of expertise in Marital and Family law. Ms. Nacarato is passionate about family law and assisting clients through the often-stressful process of divorce and family law issues.
She enjoys spending time at the beach with her three daughters and her German Shepherd, “Bear”.
Mr. Lopez was born and raised in Queens, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Florida International University, Miami in 2010.
Fluent in in two languages (Spanish and English), Mr. Lopez joined the Law Firm of Charles D. Jamieson, P.A. in 2017 with over a decade of experience in the legal services industry. Mr. Lopez brought with him a background in commercial litigation, insurance defense, foreclosures, and family law. Having 5 years of paralegal experience, Mr. Lopez began his career as a file clerk, he was later promoted to a legal assistant and found his niche as a skilled paralegal.
Mr. Lopez has become an invaluable member of the team; drafting legal documents and pleadings, meeting and corresponding with clients, conducting legal research, case management, and preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Mr. Lopez enjoys spending time with his family and travelling the world. When he is not jet setting to his next adventure, he is catching up on his favorite TV shows.
Ms. Sutera comes to our Firm with more than 20+ years of experience in the legal field managing several law firms in New York City. Ms. Sutera joined the Law firm of Charles D. Jamieson, P.A. in 2017 with her expertise in Office Management, Human Resources, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Budgeting.
Ms. Sutera is a Palm Beach County, Florida resident after relocating from New York to enjoy the Florida sunshine 12 months out of the year. In her leisure time, Ms. Sutera enjoys walking along the beach with her dog Bentley.
Ms. White brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, sales, communications and business development to her role. Ms. White is responsible for media relations, branding, advertising, and website development for the firm. In addition to sponsorship and events.
As the “Experimenter in Chief” Ms. White focuses on providing value to potential, current, and past clients to help build their better and brighter futures through awareness and education. Ms. White has daily oversight of the website, video channel, and social media.
Ms. White holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!).
Ms. White moved to West Palm Beach from Tampa. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, reading, and “being back on the East Coast” with the cool breezes of the ocean.
