The answer to that is an easy one. It becomes more problematic however after a divorce case, when you believe your former spouse’s parents aren’t fit. In those occasions, you have to be able to develop proof and a connection between the grandparents’ behaviors endanger to your children. If you can create that connection, then you can go to court and ask the judge to restrict the contact between the grandparents and the children.
