Who makes up the collaborative divorce team?

The collaborative divorce team consists of your attorney, your spouse’s attorney, the neutral financial professional who is pulling together all the financial documents and putting together and putting out to the parties the options they consider in resolving their case, and the mental health trained facilitator who is there to make sure the process keeps going and doesn’t bog down or somehow emotionally explodes.

You may bring in any other expert that you need during the course of the process. You may need someone to evaluate a house. You may need a vocational evaluator. You can pick and choose those things. Someone may need some communication coaching. Generally speaking we have four people on the team but you can add any type of expertise that you want to as you go along.
