If you can come to an agreement on time sharing, decision making and other major, minor issues in your child’s life, then you should immediately incorporate those into a parenting plan and sign that and have it presented to the court. It will resolve those issues so you can put in aside and therefore concentrate on the other issues in your divorce case.
