What is a void marriage for the purposes of annulment?

The types of void marriages in Florida are as follows: a bigamist marriage, which means you were married once before and not legally divorced. Another one would be you are mentally incapacitated, and therefore could not logically consent to a divorce. A fourth category is you are incapacitated because of alcohol, drugs, or some other issue that did not permit you to have a knowledgeable consent to be married. Then the fifth one, currently which is under challenge, is if you are of the same sex.
