The payment of attorney’s fees in an LGBTQ+ divorce is the same as the payment of attorney’s fees in a heterosexual divorce. The court will be looking at the relative financial status of the parties which will include income, assets, and liabilities distributed to each of them during the divorce, independent streams of income, and general financial ability. If your general financial ability is far greater, or somewhat greater than your spouses, then you should expect to pay some, or all of the other spouses attorney’s fees.
