Technically, the law provides a party the ability to file an objection for an opposition to being divorced in Florida. However, it has very little practical effect because Florida is a no fault state. Consequently, if your spouse says the marriage is over because of irreconcilable differences, there is little or nothing you can do that can prevent the divorce from happening.
